Hypnotherapy is very effective and positive results can be noticed in a relatively short time.
However, the client must be happy to receive the therapy at their own free will.
They also must be motivated and committed to change and sometimes to tasks asked to do at home such as breathing techniques or meditation to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.
I personally cannot offer a guarantee of success.
It is really up to the client to make positive changes and be committed and motivated to ensure success.
What I can ensure is that I will endeavor to provide service to the best of my ability.
