Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a complimentary therapy useful for many issues.
This technique involves tapping on different parts of the body to help balance the body’s energy flow, hence reducing emotional, psychological and physical discomfort.
EFT also known as EFT Tapping, entails tapping explicit Meridian points on the body mainly on the head and face. As the client is tapping, they also focus on the issue they want to resolve with positive affirmations. I will expertly guide the client to help reduce the issue with this technique.
Hypno Analysis
Hypnoanalysis entails using different techniques to uncover suppressed memories and events hidden in the subconscious mind. It can be used to directly recall a known event or using an indirect approach such as Free Association to recall hidden events. Once a memory has surfaced to the conscious mind, the intention is to release all emotional attachment and determine the root cause with the guidance from me. Ultimately the defences that were needed to protect the inner self will disappear along with the issues. The client, as well as the therapist and others that know the client will notice the positive improvements.
